Comments:   Comments: Yes, the A natural played during trilling is not "correct," but it sounds pretty good, and the alternatives are very difficult - see below.
    Alternate Trill - From Ab

    Comments: This most obvious fingering is very difficult. The normal technique for going from Ab to G is to slide the 3rd finger of your right hand, but this isn't quick enough for a trill. This trill can be played with a rocking, flexing motion of the finger, opening and closing the individual hole as shown. It is difficult to make it sound as good as the first method, but the notes are true.
    Alternate Trill 2 - From Ab

    Comments: It is very difficult to play the trill finger here and still keep the hole half-open with right hand finger 3. But, if you can do it, it is a perfect trill.
